Hello Michael,

It seems you are running Netbackup FP4 or lower. Please try to update to at 
least FP4 (VSP comes instead of OTM).
Open the client properties (Netbackup Admin Console) and limit the max. size 
for the VSP Cache file to 2000 MB.
Make sure you have enough hdd space free on your client servers.

Hello,

First time caller.  Running a Microsoft 2000 ADS Domain using Veritas NetBackup 
4.5 version for backup.  On several of the Windows 2000 servers (sp4), I am 
having continual problems with the backup not completing and the server hangs 
up and needs to be re-booted.  Error message on the servers are as follows:

Error e0001005 during OTM operation, OTM disabled for the rest of the session.

Got any ideas?  Thanks
