Depending on your contract a new license may not be necessary for the
master server. In our environment we had to purchase new licenses for
our media servers as the licenses are now enforced. Without the new
media server licenses, the media servers will only back themselves up --
not any clients.

Not sure if that will work, but I did it. I've changed it in the global
configuration through the gui, and the USE MAIL flag in bp.conf.
