[Veritas-bu] problem with NDMP backup

Hello all
 
from past few days my NDMP backup fails with Error code 99 which is of
course very generic, but the activity monitor report show the following
error

(MTBSF) failed on media id A52803, drive index 5, return code -1 (?)
