since upgrading from 3.4 to 4.5fp3, all media becomes frozen when they reach
end of media and backups error out rather than continue onto another media.
hardware and os worked properly for several years on nb3.4 but for the last
couple of months since the upgrade all media gets frozen. does anyone have
an entry for st.conf that currently works on their system for mammoth2
drives? i've found 2 different entries, one on the exabyte web site, and
another in nb3.4 media manager guide from a sun website, both are different
then what we are currently using. it's hard to get time to reboot the
server, so i'd like to see if anyone else currently has a setup that works.
on another media server with just mammoth drives, they still work properly.

thanks in advance,
jerald
