You can also echo your commands into tl8test. Here's an example...

echo "s d" | tl8test -r /dev/sg/<path to the robotic device file>

just replace your commands with the ""'s for what you want to occur

The nice thing about this is, it releases to robot back to NetBackup
control once it exits.

I was wondering if there is a way to script robtest to move tapes to 
locations. It's quiet a pain to move 50 plus tapes into the mailslot.
