I would look in the dbclient log for a start -
/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/dbclient/
and there should be another log in here
/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/dbext/logs which may give you some more
info.

Hello, we´re having problems during the restore of an Oracle database.
We backup the database with the hot_database_backup.sh. Everything is OK
till here.
When we want to restore it, we found this error:
