*Lots* of memory.

Yes, see above.  It can cause server resource problems if run on backup 
server.

Poorly, at least if run on backup server, with display on workstation, 
as cut & paste & drag & drop are not available.

I think:
Setup for authentication with the backup server is trivial.
Setup for authentication with the backup server is impossible.

(I can't say which you will find to be true!)
