We have advanced reporter in NB4.5 but I cannot say I'm impressed with it.
The reports are lacking and the java interface is awful.
The data is held in a mysql database. The best usem I've found, is ditch
the frontend and just build your own reports directly from the database
(web enabling it is pretty easy).
Don'k know about Command Central.
