I believe that we see the same thing with an IBM 3584. I believe what
happens is that the library can have 5 drives installed and you have the
1,2,3,5th drive install but the library tells netbackup about all. When
netbackup issues scsi command to the 4th drive position it sees the sense
code as listed below.
