The situation according to SUN is the following: There are 2 memory 
sticks in this Ultra-10 which are
        not certified for this model. SUN will not replace them, because the 
only exchange particular part number 
        for the same part-number. It seems, that the U-10 was purchased from 
the 3rd party and the only way SUN will
        replace the rest of the memory if we pay for it.
