Check your /etc/hosts file make sure you have the entry for the
netbackup server. Or check your DNS setup..DNS server might not
resolving the hostname of the server.

Hi,

I'm having some weird problem. Using jnbSA to logon to
netbackup java console. It failed to logon if I use
hostname but logon success if I use ip address. I can
logon before using hostname and for some reason which
I dont know it failed on me suddently. Anybody ever
experience this before? No changes has been made to
netbackup application.

nb 3.5 GA
solaris 8 sparc.
