What's the advantage to updating to 108725-15 on Solaris 8?
Is it that i don't have to put the following in my st.conf(veritas
suggested this for me)?
tape-config-list=
"HP Ultrium LTO 2", "HP Ultrium LTO 2", "ULTRIUM2";
ULTRIUM2 = 1,0x36,0,0xd639,4,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x42,3;
or as the reply suggested
"HP Ultrium 2-SCSI","HP Ultrium LTO 2","LTO-data",
LTO-data =1,0x3b,0,0x2D639,4,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x42,3;
I'm running
# showrev -p |grep 108725
Patch: 108725-07 Obsoletes: 109579-01, 111449-01 Requires:
108528-11 Incompatibl
es: Packages: SUNWcarx, SUNWcsu, SUNWcsr, SUNWcsxu, SUNWhea
Patch: 108725-13 Obsoletes: 109579-01, 111449-01 Requires:
