Actually, they are NOT okay.  Exchange 2003 isn't supported (officially)
until NBU 4.5 FP6/MP6.  This has been published on this list and by Veritas.
Your current client license codes should still be transferable and usable.
If you want to try and make it work with earlier versions of NBU, that's up
to you.  Remember that there are database changes in Exchange 2003.  Happy
hunting.
