[Veritas-bu] Convert ctime to english...

the only thing i've done remotely similar to this is within mysql (
which isnt really that useful for scripting purposes ).

Sorry Guys, maybe i dident write it rigth. I`am looking for a way to
convert "Thu Jan 15 18:19:04 2004" into ctime... Not ctime to real date.
