Cron's $PATH is traditionally very limited, so you are probably just
trying to run something that is not in your path, that IS in your path
when you run it from the commandline. Try using full path names instead
of relative path names for your executables:
  /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/whatever instead of just whatever
