I believe you need to upgrade 3.2 -> 3.4 and then 3.4 -> 4.5.

3.2 was licenced, you should have licences on paper (can't remember if they
gave you actual keys).  These licences didn't have to be installed or added
into the product.

With 3.4 you need installed licence keys, so Veritas will have to give you
these.

4.5 uses the same keys as 3.4 and you should not need to reinstall them.

Well I have not put any software licenses into 3.2 and would be enlightened
if you could tell me where as it all works perfectly.

I was asking the question in case someone had upgraded from 3.2 to 4.5 and
could say if I would need 3.4 and then 4.5, or just a 4.5 license etc.
I need to go back to the customer before I instigate anything with veritas.
