Subject: [Veritas-bu] user initiated restore through the firewall fails

User initiated restores using CLI (bp) on the client behind the firewall
fail.
The same file restore works fine when ran as root.
Has anybody come across this issue? 
Are there any additional steps that need to be completed to allow users to
restore their files?
