[Veritas-bu] NetBackup 5.0

I sent in a request at the beginning of December and got the following
response:
Thank you for your request for NBU 5.0. We expect to begin shipments of the
new v5.0 shortly. At that time, all customers with a current support
agreement will be sent an invitation to update. The invitation will include
all the necessary information for you to process the 5.0 update.
Thank you for your continued interest in VERITAS Software products.
But I haven't seen or heard of anyone getting these notices. Standard
shipping is to ship new orders first then start later for the maintenance
contract requests.

My understanding is that it shipped to beta (and possible new, I'm getting
conflicting information) customers in December. I have not been given a firm
date as to when they will ship to upgrade customers.
