[Veritas-bu] bpdbjobs -restart

Hi All
NBU 5.0 has an ability to restart failed job, by running "bpdbjobs
-restart jobid".
I am looking for the workaround that will allow to  obtain this
capability with NBU 4.5
Any suggestions?
