The only thing I recall - and I'm not an authority on this, is that the
sym-links that link the old "cl" (class) to "pl" (policy) names are supposed
to be gone.
ie:
v3.4: bpcllist
v 4.5 bppllist
bpcllist -> bppllist
v 5.0 bppllist (only)
