[Veritas-bu] downed ports

I have a windows 2000 media server sp4 running NBU 4.5GA.  I have just
found out that I can backup but not perform any restores.  I have also
discovered that I can't access ports 13720/tcp and 13721/tcp.  My master
server is fine and all tcp/ports are available but these two are
unresponsive on the Media server.  Has anyone any clue as to whether
this will prevent restores from being performed?
