We've had similar here with Dell & Teaming and Cisco switches.
=20
We've turned off teaming because it's not buying us much here, however =
make sure your NIC's and Switch ports are set to 100/Full explicitly, No =
AUTO/AUTO.
That helped.

Anyone using the Dell PowerEdge 4600 as a NetBackup media server and =
configured using network teaming(BroadCom NICs)? We are having issue =
where the server cease the network connection and lockup the servers. =
Anyone know a fix for this?
