Not as such but you can use the vmupdate command to automatically compare
the library contents with the volume DB and sync them up.

-M

Usage: vmupdate -rn robot_number -rt robot_type
       [-b] [-interactive] [-recommend]
       [-M master_server]
       [-involgrp volume_group] [-outvolgrp volume_group]
       [-mt media_type] [-p pool] [-use_barcode_rules]
       [-use_seed] [-mp media_id_prefix] [-no_sides]
       [-no_format_optical] [-overwrite_labels] [-f new_media_id_file]
       [-full] [-if inventory_filter_value] [-if inventory_filter_value] ...
       [-rh robot_host] [-vh volume_database_host] [-empty_ie]
robot_type is one of: tld, tsd, acs, ts8, tl8, tl4, odl, tsh, tlh, tlm,
      lmf, rsm
media_type is one of: dlt, 8mm, 4mm, hcart, dtf, odiskwm, odiskwo,
qcart,
      dlt2, hcart2, hcart3, dlt3, dlt_clean, 8mm_clean, 4mm_clean,
hcart_clean,
      dtf_clean, dlt2_clean, hcart2_clean, hcart3_clean, dlt3_clean
pool is the volume pool to which new media will be assigned (20 ASCII
      characters max)
use_barcode_rules specifies that barcode rules will be used for
      assigning attributes to new media
use_seed specifies automatic generation of media ID's for media
      with no barcodes
media_id_prefix is used as a seed to generate new media ID's
for media with no barcodes (5 ASCII characters max)
no_sides specifies that any new optical media ID's won't always contain
      platter side 'A' or 'B'
no_format_optical specifies to NOT format new optical media
overwrite_labels specifies to overwrite existing labels when
      formatting optical media
new_media_id_file is a file to be used for saving a list of new media
ID's
involgrp is the volume group for media moved into the robot (10 ASCII
      characters max)
outvolgrp is the volume group for media moved out of the robot (10 ASCII
      characters max)
inventory_filter_value is either an ACS scratch pool ID or a TLH volume

Thanks
