[Veritas-bu] DataCenter 4.5FP5 and L700e - 9940B FC Tape Drives

We have got an extremely annoying issue and I'm hoping someone can help.  

Env
Backup Server = Sunv480 4x4
1 x Tape Lib= L700e 
6 x Tape Drives 9940B FC San Attached

Our tape library FSC log keeps reporting Drive Wait for Rewind Failed errors.  
STK told me to disable the FastLoad option on the library, didn't help[, then 
STK told me to add MEDIA_UNMOUNT_DELAY = 900 to the bp.conf file and now I get 
more errors than ever.

Has anyone else experienced these issues??  I'm going Nutz!!!!!
