I've taken both exams(unix).
They were not do difficult if you have worked with the 3.4 or 4.5 for
some time.
The online questions are very close to the exam but only cover 20% of
the exam.
If you have taken microsoft or netware exams you are in good shape as
what to expect as to format.

The questions are vague. You need good knowledge of networks with some
practical experience.
You should be familiar with your OS (Solaris or Windows) at the device
level.
You need a good knowledge of the netbackup command line commands.

Windows exams (DP001/DP002)? - I've heard they don't bare any
resemblence to the sample exams and are quite challenging....
