Hi,=20
Is anyone using the HP ESL9000 libraries with the optiional pass thru? I
have two libraries with this configuration and they both intermittently
lock the "Master" frame to the point where a power cycle of the library
and the gateways is required. It doesn't matter if it is during backups,
restores, media imports or exports or even drive cleaning.

These are using SDLT drives and Netbackup Datacenter is 4.5 FP3 in a
Windows 2000 SP3 environment.=20

I have upgraded the firmware on the libraries to 3.40 and the tape
drives to v52.=20

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem.=20

Thanks=20
