[Veritas-bu] error 44

One of my techs is running into a problem.  We have Netbackup 4.5GA on
Windows 2000.  Here is a copy of the e-mail he sent me.

There is something wrong with storage unit detection in Veritas. I
haven't been able to detect any drives on 3 different servers. They all
fail with an error 44. One of the machines was in the lab so I know it's
not the remote network.
