Check your cables.  I had a similar problem several weeks ago.  In my
case one of the wires in the cable went bad.  I was shocked.

Howdy people.  As soon as job gets submitted my drive goes down and I
get the 219 error saying the required storage unit unavailable OR it
runs for a just a second then I get the 84 Media write error.  This is
Netbackup 3.2 on Solaris connected to an L1000.  Any ideas what could be
causing this?  Any other info needed to help troubleshoot it?
