I have installed a new 4.5 media server but I can't configure the robot.
I get the following error.

Device configuration failed on host with the following error: Failed writing
drive or robot config file(12).

This is a Windows 2000 master server and media server. I have several other
media servers that have configured up just fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated
