Hey all,

It's that time of year when our Veritas and Sun support contracts need to be
renewed. We currently have contracts directly with Veritas and Sun.  In the
past, my ex-boss would handle all the support contracts but now that he's
gone, management is asking me to get competitive bids from three other
support vendors. Information that I would like to collect:  

-  Can anyone suggest a 3rd party support vendor for Vertias and/or Sun?
BTW- I'm in the Chicagoland area.
-  How has your experience been using this vendor?
-  If compared to going directly to Veritas or Sun for support, how
competitive was the price for the service provided?
