check you storage unit properties, the is a setting there that lets you pick 
the number of concurrent drives to use for backups.

I have a NB4.5MP2 system connected to a 20 tape library with 2 drives
installed.  Normally we only use one drive for backups and the other
will perform restores.  How can I force NB to use the second drive
to do concurrent backups?  This is desirable because I have a very
slow (read 21k/s) system that I want to do a one shot backup of so
I can reinstall it and it conflicts with my normal windows.  Any
help is appreciated.
