[Veritas-bu] Snap 4400 Server Appliance and NB 3.4 Agent

I'm experiencing the following problem with using NB 3.4 linux agent to
backup SnapAppliance's Snap 4400 NAS.

The agent seems to be installed correctly according to the admin guide
and all the folders are being backuped up however, none of the files
located in the folders are getting backuped.

Has anyone else run into this problem?  How have you gotten it to work?

SnapAppliance's website no longer lists Netbackup as a third party
backup agent but, the admin guide does and includes instructions for
installing agents on the snap 4400.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
