Hi All,

There were two answers and both of them were right .

Template provided by default for weekly backup is set at i week as the 
frequency , this what caused problem.

If this explains what your seeing than you need to change frequency. 
Frequency is how often NBU checks to see if it is time to run the class, 
then if it is the right window (i.e. day and hour it will run it). If 
you manually run a full say on Tuesday, NBU will not check to see if it 
needs to be run again until next Tuesday, if the window is for Friday, 
it will never catch up until you manually run it on Friday. If this is 
still unclear let me know and I will try to clarify it further.

happen. This will allow you to make Full backups throughout the week without

Better yet, if you can upgrade to NBU 4.5, then switch to calendar based
backups and this issue goes away.
