This version of Netbackup will not allow a backup to be restarted from the
point of failure.

Your best option is to break this directory up into multiple streams then do
a multi-stream backup or perhaps backup using more than one policy, one for
each segment of the directory.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Large backup of a windows unit.

Hi.

I have a client backup of a windows unit "I:\" , that have 800 Gigas of
information. I backup it from a ethernet lan ( 6000 kb/s) , the duration of
the bkp is 56 hours.

I have some problem with lan and media , and the backup restart day to
day from the begining. Can configure restart of the session from the point
of failure.

Thanks
