I am not sure if the error you are getting is the same one, but it sounds
similar to an OTM error that I was getting on an Windows XP test system.
OTM would start up and NB would back up anywhere between 1 and 11 GB and
then fail with return code 11, Unknown error. I found the tech support
document below and followed the instructions. It cleared up the problem I
was having.
