** Low Priority **
Michael,
You can access the MySQL database if you have a MySQL client. I am currently
pulling information from the Database and placing it on a webpage using a Red
Hat Linux 8.0 system. You need to know, however, the username and password to
access the system. You can find this under the "goodies" directory of NBAR and
looking for the connection routines in the sample Perl files. If you check the
Veritas support site you should be able to find the user guide in PDF format
for NBAR, which will give an explanation of all the tables, fields, etc.
Something to note about the database is that it is NOT real-time. There is an
arloader process that occurs each morning at 07:00. This can be duplicated to
run at which ever times you wish.
Enjoy!
