Is NBU 4.5 a multi processor application?

If I was to upgrade my Windows 2000 Media Servers to 
quad processors would this make any difference?

The environment has 7 Windows Media servers sharing 28 STK 9840A FC drives. 

Would more processors and memory be of any use in a Windows
environment?
