In trying to diagnose Oracle RAC problems, I set the
/usr/openv/netbackup/NOSHM flag.  This will prevent the use of shared memory
by NB & make it use TCP sockets instead. 

Anybody know the penalty, if any, for doing it this way.  So far, one server
is working fine now & we're still testing the other.
