The great feature of Netbackup is you don't have to worry about start up
times.
You use class/policy priorities to make sure one backup start after another.
One window for all. How simple. (Works in most cases.)

Subject: [Veritas-bu] how to ensure that policies get run in a
particular order
I have a backup domain which is backing up ~70 Oracle databases. The
DBA's would very much like to know when backups are expected to start. I
have a window of 00:00 - 06:00, and want to make the best use of this
window as possible. I know that I could simply stagger the times by a
couple of minutes each, but, that's ugly and I lose too much time
towards the end. I don't think staggering the job priority is my answer,
either. Any ideas?
