NBU 4.5 (MP3) on W2K, NetApp backed up via cifs share (no ndmp),

Last week at a customer site we migrated the data from one NetApp filer to 
another with snapmirror (on qtree).

Since then the incremental backup writes the same amount of data from this new 
filer to tape as a full does. This happens only on this migrated qtrees.

Does anybody have any idea?
