If you're using NB v4.5 you can use a calendar-based schedule for a monthly.
For v3.4, you're going to have to be creative. Perhaps a cron-job that
triggers a "bpsched" call to the backup class & policy.

the last Friday?
The frequency was set to 4 weeks.... But someone decided to fire a full
two weeks prior to .... Which of course will mess up the schedule...
