If you want to cough up dough, checkout http://www.bocada.com they have
a really powerfull tool for doing charge backs (this is how I sold it to
management), well worth the investment for our lil shop.

Hey guys,

What database do you guys use to view customer and billing info along
with class / client info ? Where is the database located (seperate
server, right on the master, etc..) ?

We currently use Access DB on a windoze machine, and unbelieveably, we
have to update the class or client info in Netbackup (running Solaris 8)
and THEN WE HAVE TO GO INTO ACCESS AND UPDATE IT A SECOND TIME in order
to keep the records straight... I think this is crazy.

Any suggestions ?

- Paul
