The most efficient option is to disable otm. It really doesn't work very
well with Netware.
Try a test, disable otm and see how many files are missed. From this
you can determine whether it is worth fighting the issue with otm on or
not. I have gone through this many times over the last three years, with
different version of netbackup and otm. For us having otm on really
doesn't improve the chances of a full backup very much.

I have problems with servers crashing (or goes to state 1) when OTM
is
enabled in backup's for Novell Servers.

We have tried different values for the following parameter's but we
don't
succeed:

-Cache File(Put it on volume with a lot of free space)
-Initial Cahce size(10% of data , as mentioned in the manual)
-max cache size (tried 0 as proposed in the manual)
-max files
-individual snapshot

I see on this mailing list that there are several users having
problem's
with this so I don't think I'm alone!!

Are there any better guidelines within this issue?
