On page 110 of the Sysadm Guide, there's a really unsatisfactory description
of "policy specific directives" that are managed with SET, UNSET, &
UNSET_ALL.  

Does anyone have a better description for what these are good for?  It might
be terribly useful but you'd never know from the documentation.
