I have 6 high end Fujitsu Servers all running windows 2000 AS they have been
configured to operate as 1 virtual master server and 2 virtual SAN  media
servers using MSCS Active - Passive . The problem we have three failure
situation in which the servers did not failover to the redundant machine. 

situation 1 : C:\ on node 1 of the SAN media server cluster become full and
stopped the device manager service on that node ( which is part of the
NetBackup cluster on that machine). The cluster did not fail over and
subsequent SAN backups failed 

situation 2 : node 1 of the SAN media server cluster stopped working in that
it hung and the cluster did not fail over and subsequent backups using the
virtual server name failed.

situation 3 : node 1 of the Master Server cluster stopped working in that it
hung and all subsequent backups failed

Has anyone seen anything similar to this in there NetBackup MSCS environment
?
