nbmail.cmd file (and make sure it's not remarked out like the example in 
the file)

Hi, 

I have been trying to set up mail notification on NBU 4.5 on Win2K.
I have installed blat and specified my email address in the NBU admin 
console.
Blat works fine, I can send files from the command line ... but I do not 
get ANY mail from NBU.
Can somebody tell me what I need to do to get mail notification working 
from NBU?
