Hi All,

Anyone have any guidance as to calculate the disk requirements for the index
catalogue, and number of tapes \ no of drives etc ?

I have managed to get an audit of all required backup clients and have a
list of ( sum of total system data, no of files on system, sum of expected
incremental data, expected number of files on increment. )

This is basically so i can plan size of my master and media servers, and the
silo \ jukeboxes to purchase. ( also number of tapes to buy ! )


Any clues - Much appreciated.
