[Veritas-bu] Mailbox backup with MSExchange 5.x

Yes I can see now, that was a bit daft of me!

The mailbox backup fails with error code 71 on either a named mailbox, or a
wild-card (which should back up all).  NBackup is complaining that none of
the files in the file list exists.  I am presuming it's referring to the
files defined in the policy.  

Appreciate any help you can give here.

Hi,



I hope somebody here can help me, I am running NB DataCentre 4.5 on a 
Solaris 8 MasterServer.  I have created a policy for MSExchange 5.x, a full 
backup for the client works, however a Mailbox backup doesn't.



All the correct packages are installed, (including MAPI email client), so I 
wonder if I am defining the mailbox incorrectly.  The pathname defined is as

follows:



Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes:\rullard.Dob



I have tried using a wildcard instead of the inbox name, which also failed.

Only a complete Exchange backup is successful.



I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions from the group as I am now at

a loss.
