[Veritas-bu] OTM on Exchange 5.5

Should the OTM be enabled on the Exchange Client (NBU 4.5) with the Exchange
Agent loaded on the Exchange Server (NT4.0, Exchange 5.5, Media Server). I
am seeing the OTMAN4 activate in the Event Log, but is not closing, and
after a period of time the processors run up to 100% and the box crawls.
After a reboot the problem is resolved.
