If you're looking for just the full tapes, you can do this:
 
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpmedialist -mlist -l | awk ' { if (
int($15/8)%2 ) {print $1} }'
 
And this'll print only the full ones.

Is it possible to use bpmedialist to generate a report with only the media
ID and Status?  The report generated by bpmedialist doesn't keep all  the
data on the same row and I want to import the data into excel.  Anybody got
an answer?
